Pressdia has announced its partnership with Visionary Leadership Conference 2026 (VLC 2026), a Pan-African leadership gathering scheduled for October 29–31, 2026, in Lagos, Nigeria.
Organised by IMMERSE Coaching Company, the fourth edition of the conference will bring together business executives, entrepreneurs, policymakers and emerging leaders to discuss practical approaches to leadership, organisational growth and effective decision-making.
Themed “Executing Vision in an Age of Disruption,” the conference will focus on helping African leaders respond to economic uncertainty, technological changes and evolving business challenges while turning their ideas into measurable results.
The three-day event will begin with virtual sessions on October 29 and 30, followed by a hybrid gathering at The Condo in Lagos on October 31. Activities are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. West Africa Time each day.
Pressdia’s partnership with the conference reflects its commitment to supporting initiatives that strengthen business leadership, encourage knowledge sharing and create opportunities for African professionals and organisations.
The conference will explore five leadership capabilities, including strategic foresight, adaptive intelligence, execution excellence, innovation and human-centred leadership.
Participants will engage in keynote presentations, panel discussions, mentoring sessions and networking activities designed to provide practical insights into leadership and organisational performance.
Among the announced speakers are Debola Deji-Kurunmi, founder of IMMERSE Coaching Company, Adenike Ogunlesi, founder of Ruff ‘n’ Tumble, and Solomon Ayodele, Head of Innovation at Wema Bank.
Since its establishment in 2023, the Visionary Leadership Conference has provided a platform for conversations about leadership development and Africa’s transformation.
The inaugural edition, held in Lagos, focused on advancing high performance, impact and legacy through visionary leadership.
In 2024, the conference expanded its reach with gatherings across Lagos, Houston and London, bringing together professionals to explore the role of talent, technology and leadership in Africa’s development.
The 2025 edition focused on human-centred leadership, examining how organisations can develop talent and strengthen performance while responding to complex economic conditions.
Building on these previous editions, Visionary Leadership Conference 2026 will place greater emphasis on execution, encouraging participants to develop the skills needed to translate long-term plans into practical outcomes.
For Pressdia, the partnership creates another opportunity to engage with initiatives supporting African businesses and professionals.
Through its media publication, press release writing and distribution services, Pressdia helps businesses, entrepreneurs and organisations communicate important developments and reach wider audiences.
Its African distribution network covers more than 250 media outlets, with additional international publication opportunities available.
As the conference approaches, organisers are preparing to welcome participants from different industries for discussions on leadership, innovation and Africa’s changing business environment.
The partnership highlights the shared interest in strengthening leadership conversations and supporting initiatives that contribute to professional development across Africa.
Registration and additional information about Visionary Leadership Conference 2026 are available through the official conference website.
