Africa’s most dynamic community of women in technology is gearing up for an unforgettable experience as Tech Women Fest 2025 lights up Solution Arena, Onipanu, Lagos on October 11, 2025.
Powered by NezaTech Africa, this year’s festival carries the inspiring theme “Tech for Impact: Innovating Solutions for Africa’s Challenges”, bringing together brilliant women across the continent to explore how technology can drive real, lasting change in Africa.
Tech Women Fest is more than an event. It is a movement redefining what it means to be a woman in tech. It celebrates bold thinkers, visionary founders, and digital innovators who are not just shaping the conversation but changing the game. From engineers and designers to investors and policymakers, hundreds of women will unite to learn, collaborate, and inspire one another.
According to Oluwatoyin Abioye, Founder of NezaTech Africa, the mission is to create visibility and opportunity for women in the digital space. “Our goal is to provide visibility, opportunity, and connection for women in tech. We’re building a community that transcends borders and unlocks endless possibilities,” she said.
The speaker lineup includes some of Africa’s finest voices in technology such as Justina Nnam Oha, Ashley Immanuel, Adedayo Adejokun, Kieva Chris-Amusan, Chioma Okotcha-Faloughi, Oluwatoyin Taiwo Banjo, and Yarmirama Ashama, all set to share insights that empower the next generation of women in STEM.
Panel discussions and workshops will tackle vital topics such as leadership, access to funding, artificial intelligence, digital inclusion, and startup growth, creating a space for women to gain real-world knowledge and build valuable connections.
Event Producer Tolu Olawumi expressed her excitement about the festival’s growing impact. “Tech Women Fest is not just an event. It is a celebration of vision, brilliance, and impact. Seeing women from diverse backgrounds share knowledge and inspire change is a dream come true,” she said.
This year’s edition also enjoys the creative touch of Laerryblue Media, whose digital platform Pressdia joins as an official media partner to spotlight women breaking barriers in tech. As part of this collaboration, Pressdia will host a curated book stand at the festival, featuring inspiring titles that celebrate women’s voices and impact across Africa.
